Peaceful secure location, exceptional customer service there is a friendly human at the front desk not an AI kiosk. Walking distance to the bank, Oxxo, restaurants, support local Mexican-Hermosillo businesses is the best antidote to crime and violence plaguing Mexico. Nice comfortable bed, great place for concentration, clean with nice AC, with loaded bathroom and restroom I look forward to staying here again in the Sonoran desert.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. I really like the in-room coffee, it had a real coffee make with real cups, nit those plastic things. The staff was very pleasant and spoke perfect English; all of them. I chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the baseball stadium and was not disappointed. Plenty of places nearby for food, although not within an easy walk, but I had a car and didn't care about that.

Excellent location just 10 minutes from the airport but close to many restaurants and downtown Hermosillo. Breakfast is from 6:00am - 11:00am everyday. The staff was very friendly, they always acknowledged you entering and leaving all hours of the day or night. I also needed a late checkout, which was not a problem, I really appreciate that.

Grateful for the shuttle pick up from airport. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast, would stay here again. Great value compared to the hotel next door. Restaurant Los Olivos was delicious. Portions are big and shareable. Ordered the Panini and Club Sandwich.
